HBS on The largest Digital Transformation in Dutch History
The Harvard Business School Community Chapter Amsterdam / BeNeLux has invited Roland Willemsen for a lecture on The Digital Transformation Strategy behind New Dutch Environmental Law. He is the Digital Transformation Manager and Implementation Manager of the Omgevingswet and a much sought-after speaker on the topic and will give an interactive lecture on the roll-out of a Digital Transformation Strategy and the Omgevingswet in particular.
The Omgevingswet (the New Dutch Environmental Law)
In 2023, the Omgevingswet (the New Dutch Environmental Law) will enter into force in the Netherlands. It is the biggest legislative change since the introduction of the Constitution. At the same time, it is one of the biggest Digital Transformations in The Netherlands. The start of the new law on permits that have a close link to Sustainability, Circularity e.g. has been postponed serval times now which makes it even more valuable for us to learn about the challenges they were facing.
